The reggae music titled ‘One Love’ which was composed and sang by Bob Nester Marley in the year 1977 gained popularity as it talks about love between every individual in the world.
This song is even played by non-reggae lovers. The message in the song renews and rekindles every soul that listens to it. It again reminds people of the love the bible and preachers always talk about.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the son Stephen, grandson Skid and the daughter Cedella of Bob Nester Marley has pledged to support the COVID-19 fund of UNICEF to fight the deadly virus by reimaging the song ‘One Love’ song by their Dad.
It also features musicians from conflict zones and children living in vulnerable communities. Money raised will help Reimagine provide soap, masks, gloves, hygiene kits, protective equipment, and information to children and families, as well as support recovery efforts and healthcare systems.
They are pleading with everyone around the globe to support in whatever way they could to contain the deadly virus.
Tuff Gong International, the label and recording studio founded by Marley in the 1970s, and global record company Amplified Music, will release the record on July 17.
